On 8th August 2024, “World Hepatitis Day” was observed at Sagar Hospital by Pharamy Practice department, EWCP. The program comprised an education session for nursing professionals with an overview of hepatitis, including its types, risk factors, transmission, and prevention techniques. It focused on the importance of education, prevention, and control as per infection control protocols, early detection, and vaccination. The event successfully emphasized on patient education and preventative measures, enhancing nurses’ ability to provide comprehensive patient care and protect themselves against hepatitis. This program not only advanced their knowledge and skills but also reaffirmed their critical role in improving community health and reducing hepatitis cases
